Parents Back In Class – With Parent Education Class!

In today’s times it is harder to keep a continuous eye on your little ones as they grow up. You have to go to work too to supplement the husband’s income, or you can’t afford just to be at home during the day any more due to economic circumstances. One way or the other you are not around most of the time then you are adviced that you need parent education classes so as to become a good parent. Also in today’s times we as parents try to be a bit more lenient with our children compared to the amount of leniency that we had “back in the day” which was next to none.   Shameless to say, I also had a hardcore childhood, chores to do daily besides schoolwork, and extra mural activities. There was no time to really sit and chat with parents back then, because times were tough then too for us. Just because you live in a slump doesn’t mean you need to blend in with the others in the community, you are only there due to financial constraints and you should not be forced to take parent education classes just because of your economical conditions.

Parent Education Classes There To Help Or Hinder?

Parenting today is more difficult than before, and it’s our mindset that allows us to seem like “bad” parents.  There is the saying “bend the tree while it is young” which is so true, instill good habits into your child and they will seem natural to them.   Those of you who wish to have obedient and respectable children one day, you need to learn what your parents went through as children, call it parent education classes for you. They didn’t have all the choices you have today, and all the luxuries too. Every child you nearly see has a cell phone, what did we have, if it wasn’t nothing, we were lucky to be reminded that we got the opportunity to go to school or university, which now we enforce as a standard, like finishing grade twelve. Be appreciative.   The school of life can teach you many things, but your parents can give you insight on how to bring your children up to be respected, because nobody likes a rude and ill behaved child. Nobody!

So instill those properties you want in your child as if he breathed it in every day. Parents of today are way too slack and it’s us who need to have a mandatory parenting classes pre parental education class to learn to re-enforce proper parenting for our children’s benefits. We would also not be so frustrated by their actions as they would be hopefully making the right choices and actions. Thank you mommy, way up there!
